Key Responsibilities

  • Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
