This is an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a successful sales and marketing consultancy. This role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, organising information, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Assist with email correspondence, call handling, and internal communications.
- Organise and maintain digital records and files.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Support various departments with administrative and clerical duties.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage calendars.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support is a plus but not required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
