We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to join our clients team at a dynamic residential development. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with excellent administrative skills to contribute to the smooth running of the development process. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and providing high-quality service to residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the development team, ensuring the effective operation of the project.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between developers, contractors, residents, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documents, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of project budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Handle queries from residents, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the development process.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring the office is well-organised.
  • Support in compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards relevant to the development.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within property, construction, or residential development.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other office software.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
