As a Graduate Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the investment administration team, ensuring the smooth execution of financial transactions and the maintenance of accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities of the Graduate Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the investment banking team, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date
- Data analytical work
- General investment administration
- Transferring data into different systems
- Working on a variety of data cases
Key Requirements of the Graduate Administrator:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (training provided)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the investment banking sector
