As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Spinal Surgery, you will:
- Provide holistic and evidence-based care throughout the spinal surgery pathway.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team while overseeing patient journeys.
- Advocate for patients, offering specialist nursing advice and emotional support.
- Drive service development and staff education initiatives.
