The ideal Clinical Nurse Specialist will have:

  • A Children's Nursing Qualification (RN Child or RSCN) with valid NMC registration.
  • At least 5 years of post-registration experience in children's nursing.
  • A first degree in nursing or a health-related subject.
  • A relevant qualification in the specialist area with at least 12 months of experience.
  • A mentorship qualification and basic/intermediate paediatric life support skills.
