As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, you will:
- Support the operational management of the theatre team.
- Conduct various audits and ensure stock and consumable requirements are met.
- Investigate any accidents or complaints.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance.
- Lead a team of six people, offering support and development.
The Lead Scrub Practitioner role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
