The ideal candidate for the Lead Theatre Practitioner - Scrub role should have:

  • Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.

  • Surgical First assistant certificate desirable.
  • ILS and Mentorship qualification.
  • Experience in ENT, General surgery, and Neuro preferred.
