We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading real estate firm in London, for the position of Lead Surveyor within their Asset Services division. This role focuses on key accounts, offering exposure to diverse property types and transactions in a dynamic industry. The successful candidate will have autonomy in managing client and internal team interactions while driving service excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams on property management matters.

  • Ensure seamless service delivery by integrating various service lines.

  • Lead and mentor surveyors, ensuring effective contract delivery.

  • Conduct monthly account reviews and oversee key projects such as mobilisations and technology transfers.

  • Monitor and improve KPIs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Support the UK Account Lead and contribute to process improvements.

  • Oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and billing processes.

  • Manage IT systems and client reporting platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree-level qualification with RICS accreditation or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and process improvement.

  • Broad surveying experience across various property types.

  • Strong financial and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific platforms.
