Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Acute Physio Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. This role involves working in an acute inpatient setting, supporting patients in regaining mobility and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute conditions
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services
  • Support early discharge planning and rehabilitation strategies
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and ongoing care
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Previous NHS experience in an acute inpatient setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills
