Purosearch are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join their healthcare team at one of their larger homes in Ilford. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care, ensuring high standards of nursing practice, and leading a team of nursing professionals. This position requires a strong commitment to patient welfare and the ability to effectively manage clinical operations within the unit.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice are maintained.
Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Conduct assessments of patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment for patients and staff.
Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge within the team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with significant experience in a clinical setting is essential.
Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising or managing nursing staff is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support effective patient assessments and care planning.
