Teach 360 is a well-established and reputable teaching agency specializing in the long-term and permanent provision of teaching, support, administrative, and leadership personnel to primary, secondary, and special schools, as well as alternative provisions, PRUs, and specialist units.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Education Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step into a Team Lead role. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and leading a team to success.

What the role will involve:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Driving business development – expanding client relationships and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Generating new candidates to be placed within schools through advertising, networking, and referrals.
  • Training & developing team members to hit and exceed their KPIs.
  • Overseeing candidate management – ensuring a smooth recruitment process and high retention rates.
  • Developing client relations and expanding business opportunities.
  • Monitoring team performance, setting goals, and implementing strategies for growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards.

  • Be a natural leader, able to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
