Interim Change and Communications Lead - People Strategy | City of London | up to 73K | Contract 18 months+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute change management strategies to support People Strategy initiatives.
  • Identify risks and resistance, creating mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communication plans across multiple platforms.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging for employees, senior leaders, and external audiences.
  • Partner with internal communications teams to align messaging with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Programme Management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in change management and corporate communications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in HR or People Strategy domains is a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
