About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Catford, seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner for their Toddler Room. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and nurturing environment.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care. You will lead and support a team, plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, and ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children. The role also involves building strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each childs development.


Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development
  • Passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care
