My client, a reputable global fashion branding company are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team in London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in TikTok management and a passion for social media trends. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our creative strategies and producing engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Day-to-day of the role:- Report into senior members to contribute to creative strategies, from creative direction to direct social planning.
- Develop creative video concepts using a deep knowledge of social platforms and trends that align with the brand’s narrative and values.
- Apply a strong creative eye across all brand and departmental aspects.
- Interpret and challenge briefs from the wider team to bring video ideas to life for creative strategies.
- Set the creative standard for the team, ensuring content aligns with brand identities and resonates with the target audience.
- Edit 9:16 video content using Adobe suite and mobile-first apps such as Capcut.
- Stay updated with social media trends, challenges, and features on TikTok, integrating these concepts into the content plan.
- Lead the organisation and coordination of short-form video shoots, managing all aspects from pre-production to post-production.
- Manage budgets for video productions, optimizing resources to achieve high-quality content within financial constraints.
- Foster a collaborative environment, supporting and mentoring junior team members in their content creation efforts.
- Maintain high standards for content quality, ensuring accountability for individual and team deliverables.
- Share ideas and knowledge with the wider marketing team to enhance content.
- Proven experience in TikTok management, with experience on other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) being a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media and e-commerce trends.
- Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas.
- Developed skills in photography, video editing, or design tools (e.g., Adobe Spark, Capcut or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in growth on social channels, ideally TikTok.
- 3-4 years’ experience within a creative role or social media strategic/management.
