Content Strategist

Job Purpose

As part of a global creative and digital team, this role provides in-house creative and marketing support to colleagues worldwide. With access to internal channels, the team offers a seamless process from concept creation to deployment, connecting various brands and divisions with healthcare professionals and patients globally.

The Creative and Content team focuses on developing innovative ideas and strategies for both digital and traditional platforms, creating engaging copy, designing visuals, and executing branding and advertising campaigns.

Reporting to the Content Director, the Content Strategist plays a key role in delivering effective creative solutions and marketing campaigns by developing content strategies and writing compelling copy across multiple channels.

Must have experience working within pharmaceuticals, with an understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) requirements, and the ability to manage time, budget, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop multichannel content strategies for pharma brands that align with campaign goals.
  • Incorporate medical insights, market data, and audience research into content strategies.
  • Conduct content audits and analyses to translate data into actionable content recommendations.
  • Lead workshops and strategy sessions with internal and external teams to develop customer-focused content solutions.
  • Write engaging copy for various channels, following brand and MLR guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the editor and team to create content frameworks based on market and audience insights.
  • Support the development of content strategy as a core service offering.
  • Work with the team to measure and report on content strategy success.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, high-quality, on time, and within budget.

This position involves international travel.
