Position: Freelance ProducerLocation: Central London (Hybrid)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Producer specialising in advertising content to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate has extensive experience overseeing the production of both social-first and integrated campaigns, with a deep understanding of the creative and technical processes involved. You'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring all content is executed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of advertising content for social-first and integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
• Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative goals are met.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including directors, photographers, editors, and production houses.
• Ensure all content adheres to the highest creative and technical standards, managing revisions and approvals as needed.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and provide creative solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Producer within an advertising or production agency, with a strong portfolio of successful social-first and integrated campaigns.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the production process, from concept development to final delivery, across a variety of platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
• Ability to travel to Central London for on-site meetings, shoots, and collaboration.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and motion graphics, with the ability to oversee the quality and consistency of final outputs.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working on multi-channel campaigns that span video, social, digital, and print content.
• Familiarity with the latest production tools and technologies, including camera equipment, editing software, and content management platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality control.
