Our client, a production company specialising in talent-led projects, branded content and IP creation is seeking a dynamic Head of Content Creation. This position is suitable for a digitally savvy proactive and ambitious candidate who understands youth orientated short and long form content from inception through to delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Creating short- and long-form content for talent and brands suitable for young people and all social media platforms. • Working with Content Creators, Record Labels, Artists, Brands for content requirements. • Pitching ideas and delivering content. • Accessing new audiences and catering to existing fanbases with innovative content development. • Identifying Content Creators to work with and support the ambitions of the company. • Building an external client base and profitable P&L. • Producing and editing engaging digital assets. • Designing aesthetics for social channels that complement and promote the brand proposition/Artist/Talent.• Providing strategic direction to Artists on creating their own social content. • Working with Artists to capture content at events and execute real-time posts on social channels.

Requirements:

• Up to date with the latest digital innovations and cultural events in the music and entertainment spaces. • Proven experience creating content for artists and brands essential. • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills are essential for the role. • Experience working directly with Artists and an understanding of how they work/think.• Familiarity with deadline-driven work environments, able to work across time zones and under pressure. • Professional experience using photo/video/audio editing software using Adobe, Canva, Final Cut, Audacity, and iMovie. • Reporting experience from various sources such as social platforms and streaming services. • Able to maintain meticulous standards and manage priorities. • Thorough understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, digital trends and new technologies. • Able to work independently and in collaboration with key stakeholders. Free to travel when required.• Innovative and proactive approach to ideation.
