The Account Director Role
Lead the delivery of innovative exhibition and live event projects, ensuring they align with client goals and our agency’s high standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams to deliver campaigns that combine creativity and technology seamlessly.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, balancing creative ambition with operational efficiency.
- Contribute to M-IS’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and shaping strategic pitches.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in senior account management or director-level roles, ideally within experiential marketing, exhibitions, or live events.
- A strong track record of managing complex projects for high-profile clients and delivering measurable results.
- Strategic and creative thinking, with an ability to oversee cutting-edge campaigns that resonate with audiences.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and nurture client trust.
- Familiarity with immersive technology tools like AR/VR, project mapping and other emerging technologies is a huge bonus.
