Salary: Circa £35/£40k DOE

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager ideally with a background in the apparel or creative indusrty to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with design, production, and the sales teams to deliver outstanding service and tailor-made corporate clothing solutions for our clients.

Purpose of Role:

To build and maintain robust and long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of newly onboarded and existing clients, including major and/or global contracts, identifying their unique requirements as NO-ONE IS UNIFORM and delivering an exceptional CUSTOM service to each and every one. To constantly evaluate and identify any opportunities to improve our service and product offering by adding value to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with your clients in person or using appropriate technology and understanding their requirements, communicating these back to the business.
  • Managing Projects such as new range launches within your client portfolio from start to finish, In line with an agreed budget and critical path.
  • Managing and forecasting stock levels (finished goods and components) to ensure consistent OTIF delivery to your clients.
  • Setting and managing a sales budget and expected profit margin for your clients, driving growth and profitability and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Working closely with each client to ensure that the products and services provided meet and exceed both the client’s and company goals throughout the contract term.

Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing a reporting schedule for your clients, delivering accurate management Information In line with their requirements.
  • Raising new requests for production (Finished goods or components) with the production team as required.
  • Raising Invoices for your clients In line with their contractual agreements.
  • Monitoring and managing the contractual status of your clients and participating in re-negotiation when required.
  • Managing with support the digital set up and document libraries for your clients, including online ordering portals, Sharepoint pages and Prima customer records.
  • Planning and organising activities such as wearer trials, sizing roadshows, photo shoots as required by your clients.
  • Managing the shared resource of the Client Services Executives, monitoring their workload and output and participating in performance development reviews as required.
  • Creating new proposals and/or presentations for your clients, and presenting these to them.
  • Taking design or project briefs from your client, and communicating these effectively to the relevant stakeholders within the business.

Points to Note:

  • Travel within the UK and Internationally is required in this role.
