- Nurture Relationships: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Programme Delivery: Collaborate with clients to develop and deliver the best NAS-based apprenticeship programmes.
- Account Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including resolving queries and ensuring smooth apprenticeship placements.
- Candidate Management: Lead apprentice recruitment (screen, qualify, test etc.)
- Compliance Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor and maintain compliance with apprenticeship standards.
- Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
- Targeted Outreach: Engage with warm prospects to introduce apprenticeship opportunities. Â
- Be degree educated (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Possess prior experience within recruitment or sales
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be motivated, organised, and resilient with a team-focused mindset.
- Have a genuine interest or previous work experience in the engineering or construction sector.
- Be eager to achieve targets and deliver growth.
