- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring proactive and regular communication.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to align on goals and performance.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Identify and present cross-selling and upselling opportunities while negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
- Manage client interactions meticulously using HubSpot and prepare detailed account status reports.
- Forecast and track critical account metrics, including sales performance and annual revenue projections.
- Oversee RFP management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as a client advocate, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or a related position, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- At least 2 years of experience in the sports, betting, or gaming industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with familiarity in SaaS customer management or data-oriented client communication preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and fluency in an additional language are desirable.
- A base salary of €65-75k
