Account Manager – Sports Betting / GamingDublin / London - Hybrid €65-75k Base, €85-97k OTE + Executive Benefits  Join a cutting-edge leader in digital engagement, where your expertise in sports betting and gaming will help shape the future of customer engagement. Our client’s platform enhances conversion rates, open rates, and click-throughs, through driving mobile-first customer engagement via real-time and relevant messaging. Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager with experience in the sports betting/gaming sector.  Account Manager responsibilities:  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring proactive and regular communication.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to align on goals and performance.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Identify and present cross-selling and upselling opportunities while negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Manage client interactions meticulously using HubSpot and prepare detailed account status reports.
  • Forecast and track critical account metrics, including sales performance and annual revenue projections.
  • Oversee RFP management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as a client advocate, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Manager requirements:  
  • Proven experience in Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or a related position, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the sports, betting, or gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with familiarity in SaaS customer management or data-oriented client communication preferred.
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and fluency in an additional language are desirable.
