Main Areas of Responsibility
- Nurturing key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
- Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries
- within your designated area
- Act as a main point of contact for clients and their needs
- Work alongside the Key Account Advisor (KAA) to address and
- resolve agency queries
- Follow up with all consultants in the patch regularly to ensure
- their needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Support the director in achieving their objectives
- Action cross sell opportunities
- Maintain a record of existing accounts, record
- account/consultant profile information/ activity and competitor
- insights on the CRM system
- Account map every account to identify key stakeholders within
- each
- Support the teammemebers and consultants with legislation/ Umbrella training
- where necessary
- Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where
- required
- Provide support to with agency merchandise and
- hospitality requirements
- Work alongside marketing team to produce agency specific
- documents where required
- Increase the organisation online social media profile
Location & Commitments
- 37.5hrs per week
- Office based - 3 days per week in the Central London office
- Some travel required for Client visits where necessary
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the Umbrella industry
- To have worked in a similar role where the expectations split
- between sales and support
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in exceeding call targets of 50+ per day
- Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently
- with minimal support
- Previous experience collaborating
- Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal
- systems and Sales CRM system
