An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing company in the multimedia sector. Based in London, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from the solutions provided. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in client-facing roles, who thrives in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Role Overview

As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a range of clients, overseeing the after-care process to optimise the use of multimedia content delivery systems. You will provide ongoing support, including training and mentoring clients, ensuring they can fully utilise the services and products. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple client relationships at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Account Optimisation: Assist clients in making the most of the multimedia solutions provided, offering tailored guidance and ongoing support.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide training on system functionality and deliver insights to clients for optimal use.
  • Support Coordination: Ensure internal teams are providing timely and accurate support for client needs.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to foster long-term client success and growth.
  • Client Visits & Communication: Engage in regular meetings (both remote and on-site) to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent client needs within the company to ensure their requirements are always met.

About You

  • Experience: Proven experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role.
  • Industry: We are flexible on the specific background you have but any experience working with clients in the cultural or arts sectors would be an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational skills and a customer-first mentality, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple accounts.
  • Personality: Proactive, organised, and able to build strong client relationships while navigating complex client dynamics.
  • Location: London-based, with travel to clients as needed.
