Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Kings Cross
Contract Details: 12 months
Pay rate: £65k to £80K per annum (depending on experience)
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30 till 5:30 pm - Hybrid
(Some travel requirements are required)
Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks, optimising in-season trading and replenishment. ??
- Create comprehensive account business plans, including forecasts and scenario analyses using category, consumer, and market insights.
- Manage partner relationships and marketplace presence, ensuring the best digital and in-store product presentations. �?
- Build a seamless consumer experience that bridges online and offline platforms, enhancing product launch journeys across all channels.
- Drive net revenue growth by managing the end-to-end business with your account. ??
- Navigate complex partnerships independently, supporting commercial goals with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate partner experiences during sell-ins and showroom engagements. ??
- Participate actively in Ground Game initiatives and ensure consistent market presence through retail visits and staff training.
What you bring to the organisation:
- Account commercial management, with a solid background in Sales, Buying, or Merchandising.
- Seasonal management through Code, with the ability to create impactful account and assortment plans.
- Driving end-to-end partner relationships that bring your commercial frameworks to life.
- Analysing sales metrics to make strategic, data-driven decisions that enhance product and financial planning. ??
- Building relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Communicating clearly and negotiating successfully, with strong active listening skills.
