ACCOUNT MANAGER  We are seeking an Account Manager to join a leading design firm. Work on reception and be part of a dynamic, fun, and social team focused on building better outcomes from conflict. You’ll collaborate with industry leaders in a hybrid working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and innovative company.  ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
  • Being a strategic partner for our clients, understanding their critical business objectives and the challenges they encounter around conflict and difficult business relationships
  • Identifying key stakeholders within prospect accounts and customers who present the best opportunity for growth and building account penetration and growth plans
  • Nurturing and growing client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring their retention, analysing market trends and understanding the impact on clients to identify opportunities for sales and growth
  • Collaborating effectively with the broader organisation to include marketing, conflict management experts and client services teams
  • Managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting
  ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an Account Management role
  • Having a strong track record in sales, driving revenue growth within accounts
  • Demonstrating proven experience in building excellent client relationships
  • 12 months of experience in sales and having knowledge of and willingness to own the entire life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Showing a proven track record of collaborating with different internal teams in order to achieve commercial success
  • Exhibiting excellent written and oral/presentation skills
  • Happy to work 5 days in the office
