- Being a strategic partner for our clients, understanding their critical business objectives and the challenges they encounter around conflict and difficult business relationships
- Identifying key stakeholders within prospect accounts and customers who present the best opportunity for growth and building account penetration and growth plans
- Nurturing and growing client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring their retention, analysing market trends and understanding the impact on clients to identify opportunities for sales and growth
- Collaborating effectively with the broader organisation to include marketing, conflict management experts and client services teams
- Managing the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting
- Minimum 12 months experience in an Account Management role
- Having a strong track record in sales, driving revenue growth within accounts
- Demonstrating proven experience in building excellent client relationships
- 12 months of experience in sales and having knowledge of and willingness to own the entire life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
- Showing a proven track record of collaborating with different internal teams in order to achieve commercial success
- Exhibiting excellent written and oral/presentation skills
- Happy to work 5 days in the office
