About the RoleAre you ready to jump into the exciting world of digital advertising? We are seeking a dynamic AdOps Specialist to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will support our client's advertising business by ensuring flawless campaign setups and driving performance for UK advertisers. As a key player, you will coordinate across various teams worldwide, ensuring our campaigns shine!
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate & Execute: Partner with Account Executives, Managers, and Analysts to ensure seamless campaign launches and mid-flight optimisations.
- Campaign Management: Execute multi-tier campaigns utilising diverse strategies such as display, search, sponsored items, and programmatic advertising.
- Coordinate Operations: Understand the sales pipeline and synchronise campaign operations across partners and offshore teams for timely and successful launches.
- Troubleshoot & optimise: Proactively monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and suggest optimisations to meet budget and performance goals.
- Supervise Teams: Oversee the offshore operational team supporting the region to ensure smooth workflow.
- Improve Processes: Work with Revenue Operations to enhance Standard Operating Procedures, launch new products, and manage changes effectively.
- Drive Insights: Collaborate with Measurement Operations to enhance campaign monitoring, insights, and tooling improvements.
- Innovate Systems: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement changes that reduce bottlenecks and enhance campaign delivery.
- Industry Insights: Provide insights on industry trends and their impact on advertising strategies.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Participate in cross-team projects to improve processes, workflows, and the growth of advertising initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in the digital advertising industry.
- Minimum of 3 years in Ad Operations or digital campaign management, preferably at a publisher or agency.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Experience in programmatic advertising.
- Background in managing campaigns for non-endemic advertisers.
