Ad Ops Executive - 12 Month FTC

Our client is looking for an Ad Ops Executive to join their digital team. Working closely and reporting to the Ad Ops manager, this role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for digital advertising, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports, collaborating with their internal marketing and sales teams, as well as clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading healthcare marketing agencies, learning ad-serving practices, reporting, and analysis and to develop a strong understanding of the necessary measurements of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly / monthly reports on digital campaign performance
  • Set up, manage and monitor online and email ad campaigns using Google AdManager and DotDigital
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve any issues related to ad serving, performance, or tracking
  • Support communications with clients and colleagues regarding campaign updates and reporting
  • Assist with generating case studies to demonstrate media performance
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure best practice
  • Keep stakeholders updated as appropriate and escalating issues as necessary

Key Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in managing campaign setups, tracking, and reporting
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analysing data, and identifying trends
  • Proactivity and problem-solving, an ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and find solutions with minimal supervision
  • Keen to learn, self-motivated, and able to prioritise busy workloads and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set, manage and meet deadlines and thrive in a pressurised environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least one years’ experience with Google Analytics and Google AdManager
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn on the job
