Campaign Management Assistant (Programmatic)Global Media brandTemp contract + Hybrid + Central LondonMy Client is a global media company known for their high profile publications. They are looking for a Campaign Management Specialist to join their digital team. The Campaign Management Specialist is responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display and video. This role is critical to the success of my clients campaigns and is directly responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery. In addition to managing campaigns, this position will support the launch of the Sales System Globalisation project in the German market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ad trafficking, reporting, and a curiosity about the media landscape and digital technologies. This role is based in London and will report directly to the Campaign Management Team Lead in Germany.    What will you be doing?Manage the setup and execution of programmatic and direct campaigns for our customers across display, mobile and video channels.Support the campaign management team in their daily tasks such as availability requests, creating campaign evaluations and reporting.Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimising against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.Advise internal sales departments on campaign conception and ad serving guidelinesMediate amongst the individual departments, such as Sales, Digital Media Strategy, Project Management, Creatives and client partnersSupport the launch of our new Sales System Globalization Project.Participation in the creation of the digital product catalogueUpdate of the setting in the AdServer GAMValidation of existing campaignsOnboarding and adoption of new system, workflow and processes To be considered you must have:At least 6 months of Ad Operations/Campaign Management experienceProficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) a mustExcellent communication skills, and the ability to self-prioritise tasksExperience with Excel, comfortable with organising dataFamiliarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS beneficialKnowledge of developer tools or HTML beneficialEnglish language fluency, with German language beneficialIf you haven't heard from us within 7 working days its likely ou have been unsuccessful this time around.
