They are looking for an amazing Account Director to join them who will cover various account management aspects including pitching new client programmes, delivering existing social campaigns and upselling to existing clients.The Role

  • Supporting Account Directors by providing them with the necessary tools and information to excel in their roles.
  • Mentoring junior team members by leading through example and offering advice as needed.
  • Coordinating and leading brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborating with Account Directors to ensure monthly and quarterly reports are thorough and accurate.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior clients.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for client accounts.
  • Ensuring efficient and sustainable resourcing for client accounts.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve process efficiency.
  • Overseeing budget management and maintaining a detailed overview of all commercial activities on accounts.
  • Playing a key role in new business and pitch activities.

You

  • Experience in a senior leadership role (Senior Account Director or above) at a Social First Agency.
  • Personal care, beauty, or FMCG experience is essential
  • Possess extensive and credible knowledge of the industry and the latest trends.
  • Approachable and proactive in mentoring junior team members.
  • Calm and capable of managing challenging situations under pressure.
  • Passionately committed to delivering quality output and adaptable to business needs.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining positive, long-lasting client relationships.
