Key Responsibilities as a Corporate Account Manager

  • Open new doors within existing relationships
  • Oversee day-to-day operational requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct business analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve product and pricing issues.
  • Lead account management, including strategic planning, performance evaluations, and reporting on key initiatives.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and high satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the US generics market and customer business processes.

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, sourcing, or business development, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proficient in corporate level fast paced account management and business development.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in relationship building and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience in negotiations, with the willingness to attend after-hours events and international conferences.
