A key client of ours is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting the brands creative studio, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of product innovation assets across various categories.
Overview:This brand seek an Account Manager with 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure studio environment. This role involves working closely with brand managers, product development teams, and traffic managers to develop creative briefs, estimate time requirements, and ensure the efficient use of studio resources while maintaining high-quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between brand managers, product development, and internal teams to interpret job requests and ensure clarity on project needs.
- Collaborate with traffic and senior operations teams to develop clear project briefs.
- Estimate time requirements for tasks and help manage internal resources effectively.
- Coordinate the flow of information and assets to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Work closely with creative, production, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their objectives are met through clear communication and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing strategic guidance and support.
Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest quality standards in all deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Creative Briefing and Feedback:
- Work with stakeholders to clearly understand their creative briefs and provide actionable feedback to the internal team.
- Ensure that creative output aligns with client objectives and project goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track project progress, milestones, and client feedback, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Wrike.
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for quality in creative work.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, ideally within a creative agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
