One of the world's leading and most well established advertising agencies is looking for an experienced Digital Account Director to join the one of their iconic automotive client teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing and evolving the client ensuring it delivers seamless and beautifully designed digital experiences.
The RoleAs the Digital Account Director, you will be the driving force behind the clients digital account, working closely with them and internal teams to translate business challenges into effective digital solutions. You'll lead a cross-functional squad, overseeing the development of new pages, tools, and features while ensuring projects align with strategic goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Lead the delivery of UXand functionality improvements.
- Oversee digital projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and KPIs.
- Work closely with strategy and project management teams to shape the digital roadmap.
- Partner with development teams to improve integration and workflows.
- Proactively manage account challenges.
- Develop and present compelling client presentations.
- 4-5+ years' experience in a digital agency or equivalent account management role.
- End-to-end experience with website builds.
- Strong background in UX and development project management (websites, apps).
- Strong experience in account management and working with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
