The role is a Hybrid role which will require the candidate to work on site 2 days a week and 3 days from home, working normal office hours. The role will be for a 6 month contracting position. How you'll make an impactThe role is a covering international websites and regulatory document publishing.You will serve as portfolio manager of legal and regulatory initiatives for global banking and markets, inclusive of timeline/schedule management, process, and overall coordination of deliverables, and planning activities. Being compliant is essential to our operations. As the frontline, you'll work closely to ensure we meet deadlines and requirements. Your day-to-day will include:* Centralise the publishing and reporting of legal and regulatory documents. * Coordinate and interface with business partners across the globe* Manage the workflow from intake to publishing. Execute all digital assets in accordance with risk framework, best practices, and routines, while using reporting to optimise based on prior learnings. * Partner with developers to publish within deadlines. * Manage the website experience* Manage relationships and facilitate execution across all stakeholders including all weekly, biweekly, monthly meetings* Analyse all critical processes impacting digital marketing effort and provide recommendations for operational excellence* Assist with regulatory maintenance of content in the CMS and reporting* Create and build website pages as needed* Support the team as back-up for the creation and maintenance of 10 country pages* Be part of the Digital Marketing team based in the USWhat you'll bring to the team* 2-5 years of digital or project management experience, preferably in large corporate/ financial services * Experience developing and managing critical digital programs * Great communications skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating a matrix organisation* Ability to collaborate with partners and agencies, gain alignment and execute* Good teaming skills and relationship builder, both inside and outside of marketing* Ability to own, manage and drive programs without significant day-to-day manager oversightIf you have not received a response to your application within 48 hours, please assume you have not been shortlisted this time.
