Our Client, an international IT/Telecom service providers throughout the world, is currently recruiting a Global Sales Account Manager to join their professional and friendly team.

The main purpose of the role is to win new clients in order to achieve the target. The job holder is to expand the company’s customer base, bring in new customers and corporations by providing the full ICT service portfolio and its relevent or parent company. Create new sales opportunities and create new structures to support these activities as well as the achievemnet of the sales targets. This is a great opportunity for those who has strong network of potential clients with solid record of new business development in ICT industry.

Job description:

  • Commit to meeting the targets and revenues and profits designated by the Division and the company
  • Understand of strengths & limitations of the company and establish strategy around this to increase revenue
  • Create achievable Sales funnel(s) and commit to its implementaion.
  • Provide leadership and strategy to enable the acquisition of new customers
  • Establish and develop own customer targets and strategic outreach to potential customers
  • Fully understand and use the company's strength to enable creating a winning sales strategy
  • Visit potential customers to sell the company’s product and services
  • Provide customer service & support in order to maintain the existing customer base
  • Good communication with other depts. to facilitate the support of sales promotions
  • Share your experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of the division and help other team members, especially junior and sales support, to develop their own sales skills and accounts management.
  • Carry out BAU and track/undertake all aspects of back office work such as IR, COUPA, SF, renewals
  • Co-working and supporting both the Sales colleagues at all levels as well as from other divisions
  • Provide reports to the senior managers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Additional periodical report to the senior managers on strategy

Requirements:

  • Solid record of new business development in ICT Business
  • Proven previous experience of good win ratio, especially in ICT Sales. Sales funnel creation
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with the senior management of the clitents, venders and partners
  • Excellent knowdledge of Security products (such as Next Generation, virtual, FW, MDR, Zero Trust)
  • Ability to produce high level documentation & presentations and marketing material as well as a quality service to all
  • Dependable and professional; Cordial and amenable
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency for ICT services, especially network, solutions, & security
  • Good technical computer and software skills. Ability to delegate responsibilities and take lead on bids
  • Resourceful, inventive and self-confident with proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills / Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Japanese language/cultural understanding is an advantage

Conditions:

  • Salary - Up to £50,000 per annum, plus commission
  • Location - City
  • Working hour - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
