Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of impactful, timely, and on-budget campaigns for one of our biggest clients. This position centers around fostering a seamless collaboration between the agency team and the client, ensuring that work is consistently excellent and aligned with the client's brand standards. You will report to the UK Business Director and/or Account Director, partnering with strategy, project management, and creative teams to drive success in all initiatives.

This role requires a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and has a passion for delivering exceptional work as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Project Coordination: Manage the day-to-day activities for campaigns across various channels, including eCommerce, CRM, Social, and Paid Media.Resource Planning: Identify resource needs based on project scope and coordinate with the studio manager to book the appropriate team. Communicate timelines clearly and escalate any misalignments.Strategic Collaboration: Work with the strategy team to gather relevant client information and align project planning with broader business objectives.Best Practice Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and practices across digital channels, working closely with strategy, creative, and partner agencies to deliver top-tier work.

Timeline Management: Partner with project management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, while understanding the steps needed to keep everything on track.Quality Control: Review work to ensure it meets client feedback, brand guidelines, and quality standards before presenting it back to the client.Client Updates: Keep clients informed of project progress, working closely with the Account Director for clear and effective communication.Financial Management: Oversee project estimates, purchase orders, and financial reconciliation in collaboration with the Account Director.Research & Analysis: Support strategy efforts by conducting research and competitor analysis.Reporting: Update status documents daily, lead client status calls, and assist the Business Director with reporting and deck creation.Performance Measurement: Track market performance and highlight best practices to improve future campaigns.

Key Skills:

Integrated Agency Experience: Prior experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.Digital Campaign Delivery: Strong understanding of delivering website, social, paid display, and CRM projects, with a focus on email marketing.Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to quality control, ensuring the highest content standards are upheld.Proactive Mindset: A go-getter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support the team.Collaborative Spirit Enthusiastic about teamwork and contributing to a supportive environment.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in simplifying complex processes.Organizational Skills: Strong capacity to manage internal and external stakeholders, with a knack for seamless collaboration.Client Liaison Abilities: Effective in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on transparent communication.Resource Management: Experience coordinating internal resources and third-party partners such as producers or production companies.
