Job Overview:

Our client based in London is seeking a dynamic and astute Internal Account Manager to work within their busy sales and marketing department. The team are fun and friendly, and the role itself is fully office based as team work is a must.

Duties:

Managing sales enquires in the inboxes and over the phone, making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to see if they have any requirements and advise them of any new products

Other duties will include:

Upselling of products

Produce producing weekly reports

Managing stock levels via inhouse system (training will be given)

Running and managing reports ranging from supplier reports to sales reports

Taking orders from customers

Monitoring deliveries

Answer incoming calls and answer and queries customer may have

Updating the CRM with orders

Key skills and experience:

Previous experience of working within a sales role

Ability to work within a busy fast paced role

Excellent customer service skills

Confident to make proactive calls to customers

Able to think quickly on your feet

Good IT/Microsoft office experience

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.
