- Account Management:
- Oversee and maintain relationships with accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Provide sales training to key accounts on new development launches
- Proactive updates on developments and the markets to assist with sales
- Personal Administration:
- Submit deals, maintain accurate records, and ensure databases are up-to-date and organized.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the Director in expanding our client base.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients and partners to introduce the company's services.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing data and maintaining databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A competitive salary of £30,000, with quarterly performance-related bonuses & commission package.
