Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to manage and execute marketing programs and events across the UK, Europe, EMEA, and NAM regions. This role collaborates closely with relationship management and sales teams to drive engagement. The right candidate will balance event management, client interaction, and administrative support in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

This role is required a minimum of 4 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage events for clients and prospects, including invitation handling, compliance review, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event data entry into CRM systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers, prepare reports, and track post-event data for continued client engagement and future event improvements.
  • Build event websites, manage agenda uploads, and oversee regulatory approvals for external attendees.
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, balancing work flows with efficiency and precision.

Background and Skills

  • Professional Experience: Background in financial services is preferred.
  • Client Management: Experienced in engaging with senior clients and comfortable delivering excellent customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy in event planning and data management.
