About the role:

We are recruiting for a Key Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships within Off Trade Wholesale and Cash & Carry.

Working closely within the Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring outstanding service to C&C customers within the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure brand presence and sales growth.
  • Execute strategic plans to grow market share and maximise profitability across your portfolio.
  • Analyse account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasting and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within Drinks or general FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of Wholesale/Cash and Carry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confidence with forecasting.
  • Commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
