As the Digital Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising both short and long-term business growth opportunities across all of the brand’s digital retail channels including Amazon, Ankorstore and Faire. This is a pivotal position in a growing business, offering you the chance to take full ownership of these accounts and play a key role in the company’s success.This is a new role with significant scope for personal and team development, ideal for someone who thrives on managing relationships and delivering tangible results.Key responsibilities:Account Management (Amazon, Ankorstore, Faire):
- Act as the primary contact for Amazon, Ankorstore, and Faire, managing day-to-day operations and maintaining strong relationships with platform representatives.
- Lead the creation and optimisation of product listings, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that drives visibility and sales.
- Manage inventory and order processes to ensure seamless fulfilment and excellent customer satisfaction across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain promotional schedules tailored to each platform’s unique requirements and opportunities.
Performance Growth:
- Monitor and analyse sales performance across Amazon, Ankorstore, and Faire, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Use platform insights and sales data to implement strategies that optimise account performance and maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and alignment with platform policies.
Expansion:
- Identify new marketplaces and digital sales opportunities, managing the launch on to new platforms.
- Lead the brand’s expansion into new markets on Amazon, Ankorstore, and Faire, working on market analysis, product localisation, and fulfilment strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth launch of new regions, meeting platform and customer expectations.
Business Reporting and Insights:
- Provide regular performance updates and reports, offering actionable insights to the team and senior management.
- Maintain dashboards to track KPIs across all three platforms, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer behaviour to inform product development and sales strategies.
Compliance and Brand Protection:
- Monitor and address issues such as unauthorised sellers and copycat products, utilising platform reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and protect the integrity of the brand across all accounts.
- Take responsibility for resolving operational issues, such as disputes and chargebacks, in a timely and effective manner.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience managing Amazon, Ankorstore, or Faire accounts, or similar digital retail platforms.
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships while driving results.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple platforms and priorities effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable plans.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a commitment to delivering excellence.
