Measurement Strategy Lead

The role:

  • Design and execute experiments to assess the impact of different media strategies and establish best practices.
  • Utilize methodologies like A/B testing, incrementality studies, MMM, and MTA to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales teams regarding measurement queries and client support and liaise with data scientists to drive innovation.
  • Lead analytical projects, generate insights, and communicate findings to help clients and agencies improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies, learning agendas, and testing plans to optimize advertising effectiveness across multiple channels.

You:

  • Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL and experience with advertising measurement methodologies and experimental design.
  • Have proven experience leveraging data and statistical analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Background in Retail, E-commerce, CPG, Retail Media, Advertising, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders, including clients.
