- Location: London (Hybrid - Office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 base + Double OTE
- Target: ARR-based (£1M+ depending on base salary)
- Commission: Paid monthly - ½ on signing, ½ on 3rd month

The Role
- As a New Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving mid-market expansion by acquiring and developing new clients. You’ll leverage:
- Strong marketing and SDR support while also self-generating business.
- A consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Full support and training, including structured induction and ongoing coaching.

- IT & Contact Centre Solutions - Managed IT Services, ITSM, AI & Automation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven IT Sales Success: 2-3+ years in IT solutions sales.
- New Business Hunter: Strong track record of winning and onboarding new clients.
- Industry Expertise: Experience selling at least two of the following: Networking, Cloud, Cyber Security, Unified Communications.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to engage, educate, and close deals effectively.
