The Role

  • As a New Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving mid-market expansion by acquiring and developing new clients. You’ll leverage:
  • Strong marketing and SDR support while also self-generating business.
  • A consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Full support and training, including structured induction and ongoing coaching.

  • Networking & Connectivity - Business Internet, SD-WAN, Private 5G, Managed LAN & Wi-Fi
  • Cloud Services - Public & Private Cloud, Cloud Hosting, DRaaS, Virtual Workspaces
  • Cyber Security - Ransomware Protection, Secure Access, Identity & Endpoint Security
  • Unified Communications - Teams Direct Routing, Webex, Collaboration Tools
  • IT & Contact Centre Solutions - Managed IT Services, ITSM, AI & Automation

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven IT Sales Success: 2-3+ years in IT solutions sales.
  • New Business Hunter: Strong track record of winning and onboarding new clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience selling at least two of the following: Networking, Cloud, Cyber Security, Unified Communications.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to engage, educate, and close deals effectively.
