Key Responsibilities:* Lead the development and implementation of paid social strategies.* Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand goals, objectives, and KPIs,translating them into actionable paid social media plans.* Manage a team of 4 paid social specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship toensure campaign success and professional growth.* Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns acrossmultiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines.* Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to identify trends, insights, andopportunities for optimisation.* Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, keymetrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.* Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid socialmedia advertising, and share insights with the team and clients.* Take complete ownership of client relationships from a paid social perspective, acting as anescalation point for senior client stakeholders.* Project manage the output of junior team members, ensuring the highest possible standardsare met.* Oversee and guide communication from junior team members to clients, ensuring timely,clear, and consistent responses.* Deliver annual plans and forecasts with high accuracy based on experience.* Confidently present at monthly and quarterly client reviews.* Follow up all internal and client meetings with clear actions.* Lead presentations to clients, setting an example for junior members in the succinct andconfident communication of ideas.* Regularly update clients on new product features, major industry trends, and shape theirstrategy to capitalise on these updates.* Actively seek out new betas and opportunities for your clients.* Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' industries and competitors, tailoring strategicapproaches accordingly.

Campaign Management:* Have a deep understanding of all major tools used within the agency and their applicationfor differing client strategies.* Guide the use of tools confidently to junior team members.* Correctly assign tasks across your team according to experience while balancing workloads.* Be accountable for the workflow and quality of your team's work, ensuring timely and highstandarddelivery aligned to clients' strategies.* Ensure every account has an insight-driven, clear, and achievable 30/60/90-day testschedule, reviewed and amended quarterly.* Ensure your team logs all significant actions to feed into Post-Campaign Analysis (PCAs) andshape future activity.* Develop annual strategies that meet and exceed the business goals of core clients.

Reporting and Measurement:* Ensure every response to briefs includes a clear set of measurable KPIs, aligning all partiesinvolved.* Ensure reports and PCAs contain insightful commentary on performance, key optimisation's,and recommended next steps.

Innovation and Collaboration:* Lead weekly team catch-ups, ensuring a clear agenda and sharing notes afterward.* Have regular one-on-one catch-ups with your team members, sharing notes afterward.* Set objectives for team members and organise bi-monthly catch-ups to monitor theirprogress.* Create and maintain training and best practice documents.* Contribute to the recruitment process of the team.* Create case studies and award entries to help grow the recognition of the team.

Candidate Requirements:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven record ofmanaging successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.* Experience in managing Direct Response and bottom-of-the-funnel Paid Social campaigns.* Experience supporting new business pitches is desired but not essential.* Proven experience in managing client relationships.* Extensive knowledge of paid advertising across key social channels (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and makedata-driven decisions.* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideasand strategies to clients and internal teams.* Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations indigital marketing and social media.* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand meet tight deadlines.
