The Role: Paid Social Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns on Paid Social primarily, but also supporting Programmatic and PPC.- Manage acquisition and retention strategies- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to drive performance improvements.- Develop audience segmentation strategies using first-party data and automation tools.- Work with compliance teams to navigate advertising restrictions.- Track and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable insights.- Leading client relationships, ensuring constant proactive communication and transparency.- Provide detailed campaign reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.- Build out and manage own team of Performance Marketing Executives.
Professional Competencies:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, particularly from an execution perspective.- Comfortable with data analysis and manipulation with tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, providing clear performance updates and actionable insights for clients.- Comfortable with a client facing role, leading client calls, responding to ad hoc requests and sending weekly performance emails.
