About the Role

Are you passionate about programmatic advertising and ready to take your expertise to the next level? We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Demand Account Management Team. You'll act as the operational expert, managing campaign trafficking, delivery, and troubleshooting while collaborating with Demand Sales and internal teams to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:Ensure timely and efficient delivery of client budgets, monitoring campaigns daily to optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Client Support:Serve as the first point of contact for agencies and trading desks, troubleshooting RTB campaigns and resolving creative issues.
  • Technical Expertise:Debug creative tags, identify technical constraints, and escalate complex issues to internal tech teams when needed.
  • Insights & Optimization:Analyze bidding behaviors, suggest pricing recommendations, and provide proactive insights to enhance campaign outcomes.

About You

  • Experience:2-3 years of account management, trafficking, or ad operations experience in the programmatic industry (agency, trading desk, or publisher).
  • Programmatic Knowledge:Robust understanding of buy-side or sell-side programmatic advertising.
  • Technical Skills:Expertise in debugging creative tags, analyzing ad requests, and resolving campaign issues.
  • Proactive & Organized:Ability to foresee and address problems, efficiently manage workloads, and meet team goals.

Bonus Skills: Strong analytical abilities, experience with large data sets, and proficiency in Excel or Power BI for building dashboards and reports
