JOB OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for a confident and articulate communicator who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets, gets a buzz out of client satisfaction and has a healthy competitive streak. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for our clients, however there will be managing your caseload of clients and undertaking the relevant administrative duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Make 150 - 200 outbound cold calls per day to potential prospects from a database which is updated daily, there is no need to research your own leads!
· Engage with a range of decision-makers to introduce your client’s products or services.
· Qualify leads and schedule meetings for your clients.
· Maintain and update state of the art CRM records with accurate call notes and follow-ups.
· Track performance and ensure daily targets are met.
· Provide end-of-day reports summarising calls made, meetings scheduled, and overall progress.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers to maximise engagement.
· Work collaboratively with your clients and the Bravura internal team to optimise outreach strategies and identify efficiency improvements.
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Telephone sales experience is strongly preferred, but is not essential to be considered for this role.
· Ability to maintain a professional approach at all times with clients, customers and colleagues.
· Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls is essential.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience is vital to success in this role.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems for logging activities and tracking performance is preferred, however, this can be taught.
SALARY
£30-35k basic salary plus commission (Very realistic Target Earnings of an extra £10k)
