SOCIAL & DIGITAL SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - 45K
The company I'm recruiting for is one of the UKs leading consumer PR agencies. You'll be sitting in a tight-knit social & digital team responsible for delivering a mix of paid and organic social content, alongside broader digital (website, thought leadership etc.) The client mix will be generalist across consumer and B2B industries, but creative, consumer-led experience is desired. While you have the day-to-day perks of a smaller team, you also have the backing of a much larger networked agency behind you offering the best of both worlds. This company offers one of the most robust benefits packages in the industry, and the salary for this role is circa 40-45k DOE.
As a social and digital Senior Account Manager, you will be an allrounder who is comfortable being hands on with the execution of paid media strategies, without the support of juniors beneath you. You will also be experienced enough to manage clients and campaigns autonomously. Proactivity, an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for delivery is important for this position.
What I'm looking for
I'd love to hear from social and digital Senior Account Manager candidates who have the following skills, attributes and experience:
- Someone who is comfortable working within a tight-knight day-to-day team and understands the dynamics
- Ideally experienced doing social at an earned/PR agency
- MUST have experience delivering on paid media campaigns on clients with up to 6-figure budgets (being hands on and media buying)
- Multi-channel experience across PPC, SEO, Content, Social
- Comfortable and competent client handler
