SEO Account Manager Role and Responsibilities
As the SEO Account Manager, you will be overseeing the SEO optimisation of your team
- Manage senior client accounts, with the support of your SEO Account Director.
- Provide SEO recommendations and enforce SEO best practice to clients.
- Line management of SEO Executives in your team, delegating and reviewing work.
- Contribute and play a crucial part in new business pitches.
- While still remaining hands on with SEO optimisations as you progress into a strategy role.
Skills and Experience
Your professional development will be an active focus for the business, as you progress to an SEO Director position. Ideally you will have:
- 3+ years of well-rounded SEO experience.
- Previous experience working with clients in an agency setting.
- Experience working with both content and technical SEO.
- Confidence in speaking with clients of a variety of seniority.
- Experience managing and working closely with clients.
