I'm recruiting for a top-class MSP who are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their forward-thinking team and play a vital role in ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and growth. Working closely with their Account Manager and Strategic Solutions Manager, you'll be representing their clients, managing and developing partnerships and aligning our IT solutions to their business goals.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll blend client relationship management, technical consulting, and strategic planning to help drive retention, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Longstanding relationships with key stakeholders across clients new and old.
  • Work with the client closely to ensure we help achieve their goals
  • Advocate for your clients, standup for their needs to achieve their goals
  • Drive contract renewals, uncover cross-selling opportunities, and enhance client investment in our services.
  • provide client feedback to the rest of the team so we can continually improve our service is to the highest quality
  • work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and updates
  • Provide support on Cyber Essentials and GDPR Accreditation

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an IT or MSP environment, with shown progress from the Service desk into a Client Service or Account Management position
  • Great communication. Able to present flawlessly, with necessary changes made to with your audience
  • Able to discuss and provide financial information (pricing, contracts, data, discounts, etc..)
  • Be a good problem solver who will thrive in a client facing environment
  • Base knowledge of current IT systems and in depth knowledge of the MSP environment.
